Big Wednesday
A typical Wednesday night at Ingleside involves a range of midweek programming. Just last week, we had:
- 39 preschoolers in classes
- 127 kids in Awana
- 66 middle schoolers and 57 high schoolers in small groups
- 38 adults in our Wednesdays in the Word study
- 145 adults in other studies
- 144 people in Worship Arts rehearsals
- 215 people who enjoyed a fellowship meal
And while our midweek programming is normally divided by season of life, a couple of times a year, we take a break from our normal pattern and instead have a Big Wednesday – a celebratory, multi-generational worship service. Our next Big Wednesday is next week, Wednesday, September 18.
Following our regular fellowship meal, we will meet together at 6:30 p.m. in the Worship Center for a time of singing, praying, celebrating the Lord’s Supper, and recognizing our Overseers and Deacons. We will have ice cream and a time of fellowship in the Gathering Area afterward. Childcare for birth-4K will be available during the service.
