New Children’s Ministry Associate
I am excited to share with you that this past Sunday, I invited Jessica Pedersen to join our team as our Children’s Ministry Associate, and she has accepted the position. Jessica will begin work here on Sunday, May 4. We are praising the Lord for his provision in our Children’s Ministry!
Jessica grew up in Mississippi and attended the University of Mobile, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Studies. She is currently the Director of Preschool and Children’s Ministries at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Dothan, Alabama.
In her role as Children’s Ministry Associate, Jessica will work alongside our Children’s Pastor, Christian Sprout, to help with programming, events, administrative responsibilities, and connecting with parents and leaders. Please join me in welcoming Jessica to our team as you have the opportunity.

Grow Conference Celebration
This past Sunday, we had our first-ever Grow Conference. We had 365 adults attend 20 different breakouts. We also had children and students who were well taken care of and having fun during that time. You can view a recap video here.
I am thankful for everyone who attended and pray that the biblical truths we studied will be applied in our lives and bear fruit – as we “take it in and live it out.” I am also grateful for everyone who served in any way to help make the conference possible. It’s a joy to be in it together and to be growing together!
