Next Gen Events and the Ingleside App

As a multi-generational church with a next-generation orientation, I am thankful for all the ongoing ministry to children, students, and their families that occurs every week. And I am thankful for all of you who serve to make that possible and for the leadership of our Next Generation Team. This month, we have two next-gen events that I want you to be aware of.

Awake
This weekend, about 420 students and leaders are headed to Ocoee, Tennessee, for Awake, our annual student winter retreat. They will spend time in worship, small groups, recreation, and late-night activities. Please join me in praying for this group, asking the Lord to work in powerful ways in their lives.

AMPED
Next weekend, January 24-25, is AMPED, our on-campus retreat for 3rd-5th graders. AMPED is a fun, high-energy weekend filled with biblical teaching in large groups and small groups and lots of fun games. Register here.

Ingleside App
As of today, our Ingleside app will no longer be updated. Recently, our app developer made some significant changes in their approach, so we stepped back to evaluate the need. Thankfully, our new website, which was launched about a year ago, is mobile-friendly and offers almost everything available on the app.

On our website, even on a mobile device, you can register for events, listen to sermons, manage your giving or TouchPoint profile, access sermon notes, and learn virtually everything about Ingleside and our ministries. For several years now, our app has been a valuable resource for many of you. I’m glad it was! I hope you’ll be able to make the switch to our website as you stay engaged with your church family.

If you have any questions about this change, please email [email protected].

With the affection of Christ,
